The Walton Centre treats more than 180,000 patients each year and is the only specialist NHS hospital trust in the UK providing pioneering treatments for conditions affecting the brain, spine, nervous system, and the management of pain conditions.

The hospital serves a catchment area of 3.5 million people across Merseyside, Cheshire, Lancashire, Greater Manchester, the Isle of Man, north Wales and beyond.
