About The Walton Centre:
The Walton Centre in Liverpool offers a world class neuroscience service which includes many pioneering techniques, cutting edge treatments; and clinicians who are international leaders in their field. Over 100,000 patients are treated at the hospital each year with conditions ranging from head and spinal trauma injuries; brain and spine tumors; Epilepsy, MS, Motor Neuron Disease and Parkinson.

The Charity funds a variety of projects in the hospital including research, innovation, new technology and patient & family facilities.

About my event:
I'm turning 50 on the 10th August and part of my post midlife crisis and instead of just drinking way to much, I've decided to run my first half marathon and then.... drink way to much... so running for a good cause
as motivation is ideal.... and of course I love my sis.

I will be running maybe crawling the Windmill Half Marathon in Lytham St Annes on the 9th of August. Robert Kennedy
