Fundraising for The Walton Centre who took care of our good friend and colleague Jerry Daly.
We are kindly asking that friends and family of David Rafter donate monies to The Walton Centre Charity specifically to The Horsley ITU critical care unit who cared for Dave whilst he was with them. After a short illness, dave sadly died on Thursday 22nd April 2021 surrounded by the love of his family. The Horsley team cared for Dave and his family with so much compassion and empathy. We are raising money for The Walton Centre, who we can not thank enough. Ian was treated in the critical care unit at the start of the year and what they did to bring our family back together no words can sum up !
On 21st March 2013 I underwent brain surgery at the Walton Centre. My brain tumour, (which I was told may have been growing for around ten years) was successfully removed, and I will always be truly grateful to the Walton Centre for saving my life. If it was not for them I most certainly would not be here today.
I woke up on my 27th birthday thanks to The Walton Centre. If it wasn't for them, I probably wouldn't be here today.
The Walton Centre were a great support to Jane's family as well as providing brilliant care to her mum, this collection in her memory will help them continue the amazing work they do.

I aim to cycle over 100 miles to fundraise for The Walton Centre Charity, NHS on 4th July 20.
Earlier this month my mum was admitted to the Walton Centre after having a nasty cycling accident and sustaining serious head injuries including a brain haemorrhage, as well as 17 fractures across her body.
