I'm fundraising for The Walton Centre Charity - not only did they care for my cousin Mark, (pictured above with his dad, Uncle Bill) but through their 'Home from Home' scheme, which helped Marks' loving wife Sharon, parents Uncle Bill and Auntie Anne and sister Elaine in the months, weeks and days before Mark's passing by providing much needed accommodation close to where Mark was receiving care.

The Walton Centre’s 'Home from Home' is provided free to families thanks to the charity supporters. The aim is to take away some of the worry for relatives who need to focus on the wellbeing of a loved one in our care.
