In memory of my Dad, myself and my bestie, Teresa are taking part in the Hope Mountain Walk on Sunday 26th April 💙

My Dad was under the care of The Walton Centre for the duration of his short neurological illness; the care he received was second to none and every health professional, employee and volunteer he encountered showed him a high standard of care, compassion and dedication to their job role.

The Walton Centre in Liverpool offers a world class neuroscience service which includes many pioneering techniques, cutting edge treatments; and clinicians who are international leaders in their field. Over 100,000 patients are treated at the hospital each year with conditions ranging from head and spinal trauma injuries; brain and spine tumours; Epilipsy, MS, Motor Neurone Disease and Parkinson.

The Charity funds a variety of projects in the hospital including research, innovation, new technology and patient & family facilities.

All monies raised from the Hope Mountain Hike event will benefit our Home from Home unit - on-site relatives' accommodation for families whose loved ones are receiving critical care at The Walton Centre.
