Following her accident in October 2019, Jennifer received life-saving treatment at the Walton Centre. The care she received there was outstanding. Not only did they save and extend her life but, over and above her medical treatment, the day to day care she received gave her back a sense of herself. The Home from Home facility in the Sid Watkins building allowed a family member to be close by, which was a huge comfort to Jennifer in the traumatic weeks that followed her accident. The family will remain grateful for the way all of the staff looked after her.
