Help our very own Community Fundraiser, Anne, and her son Harry who are abseiling from the Anglican Cathedral on Saturday 30th July. The abseil is 150ft high and all in aid of the Home from Home Fund.

"I'm so excited to take part myself in this year's abseil. After so many years watching our amazing supporters take part I really wanted to take the plunge and do it myself this year - and I've roped our Harry in for good measure! A big thank you to anyone who is so kind to support us" Anne Hodgson.

The Home from Home is an onsite relatives accommodation that is provided free of charges to families who have relatives being cared for in our Horsley Intensive Care Unit which enables families who travel from a distance to stay close to their family members. The facility includes 8 en-suite bedrooms, a laundry room and kitchen and dining area. The facility costs on average £50,000 per year to run which works out as around £20 per room per night.
