About five years ago my sister had a brain tumour, a benign meningioma, and underwent a successful operation and treatment. The team at The Walton Centre were brilliant and we have a lot to thank them for! Please sponsor me for this worthy cause. My mum and sister will be hiking with me.

The hike is through beautiful Welsh countryside on Sunday 26 April. The 11 mile walk follows gradually undulating paths and roads through woods and open countryside, reaching a high-point of 932ft at the northern brow of Hope Mountain.

All monies raised from the Hope Mountain Hike event will benefit our Home from Home unit - on-site relatives' accommodation for families whose loved ones are receiving critical care at The Walton Centre.
