Liverpool Spring 10K Sefton Park

All abilities are very welcome to take part in the Liverpool Spring 10k in Liverpool's magnificent Sefton Park - 7th May 2023.

Every year the Liverpool Spring 10K gets lots of first timers - whether you plan to start towards the front and whizz around or stay back and take your time to enjoy the bands and scenery you're very welcome to take part!

You'll also receive a sparkly medal shortly after you whizz across the finish line.
