Since the outbreak of the COVID-19 crisis, the outpouring of support from individuals, community and corporate partners has been amazing! The emergency appeal set up through the charity website to support our staff and patients during this time has received over £15,000 in online donations to date. We have also received lots of gifts-in-kind such as refreshments for staff rooms; treats for staff; and toiletries for patients. There is also an army of volunteers in the community, both established groups and individuals, who are making scrubs, scrub-bags and ‘ear-protectors’ for our staff.
