I'm fundraising for Home From Home because when I needed help, they were there to support me.

In January 2016, as many of you know, my husband Granville had a ruptured brain aneurysm. During the two weeks he was at The Walton Centre, I was allowed to stay in the Home From Home unit - it's free to family members for patients at the Centre, and has ensuite rooms, a large lounge, a kitchen, even laundry facilities.

This June, Granville would have been 79. My goal is to raise £790 - if fifty people sign up to support me (and I know way more than fifty people!) you'd only have to donate a maximum of sixteen pounds each. That's just ONE POUND for every 6,250 steps.

p.s. And the donation link can accept American payments - win-win!
